If you wish to hear your message before sending it permanently to the user voicemail box, set the 'Allow Review Mode' to Yes. This will allow you not only to hear the recorded message, but to record it from the start too.

To enable this option:

1. Login to the system administration.

2. Edit your 'Extension'.

3. Under the 'Voicemail' group there is an 'Allow Review Mode' option.

4. Select 'Yes' and click the 'Save' button.
