If you are trying to peer with a provider and are receiving incoming calls without any audio:
- Check that there are no problems with your router/firewall, if that does not work
- Follow this guide 'http://www.bicomsystems.com/support/howtos/C/P/768/312_3499/', if that does not work
- Contact Bicom System Technical Support and provide the tcpdump data:
- Login to the system shell
- Execute ' tcpdump -i someinterface port 5060 -s 0 -w test.trc' (Send the 'test.trc' file)
