 When required, a password can be re-set for a SM user.
  In order to do so: - Login to the PBXware administration
 - Navigate to 'Site Settings: site Users'
 - Click on the 'Edit' button next to the user's email address
 - Under the 'Change Password' group of options, enter a new password and repeat the same in the field below (both passwords must be identical)
 - When ready, click on the 'Change Password' button
 
  To see if new details are valid, logout from the current session and login with new details
