If for some reason, system doesn't dial numbers starting with 800 (US), you need to check if the system is somehow missing the 800 routes. Go to Routes menu and find a route which contains 1800 number. If it is not there, please add it. One more common reason this might happen is that you are using Other networks where you created a network with prefix 8. In this case other network has preference in regards to standard routes on the system.
