When wrong Caller ID is displayed. In order to troubleshoot this issue Please follow these steps: 1. Call the DID from customer that reported Caller ID problem and confirm the issue (check for which calls is this happening). 2. If the wrong Caller ID is displayed, collect all necessary information about that call (date/time, CLIR report from PBXware, SIP trace - if possible). 3. Submit ticket to Bicom and provide all gathered data. 4. Bicom Systems technical support will take over from this point.
